Operating Principle
The YCB4-0.6 Magnetic Gear Pump's core lies in its unique magnetic coupling system, which consists of a driving magnet wheel and a passive magnet wheel. The driving magnet wheel is connected to the motor, and as the motor starts, the driving magnet wheel rotates at high speed, generating a strong rotating magnetic field. The passive magnet wheel is mounted on the pump shaft and is closely connected to the gears inside the pump. Through magnetic coupling, the rotational force of the driving magnet wheel is transmitted to the passive magnet wheel without contact, thereby driving the pump shaft and gears to rotate synchronously.
During the pump's operation, the pump chamber volume undergoes periodic changes as the gears engage and disengage. At the suction port, the gears gradually disengage, increasing the pump chamber volume and creating a vacuum to draw fluid into the chamber; at the discharge port, the gears gradually engage, reducing the pump chamber volume and forcing the fluid out at a stable pressure.
