The eTerm Simulation System consists of server and client components. The client program is compact, utilizes a no-installation setup for immediate use, consumes minimal resources, and is easy to deploy. The system's flight data is sourced from the CAAC database, ensuring high authenticity. The system's command interpretation and information feedback are designed in accordance with eTerm's requirements. Students can repeatedly practice all necessary skills, including querying, booking, ticketing, voiding tickets, holding and releasing tickets, refunds, rescheduling, email, and report statistics, until mastery is achieved. This system effectively addresses the issue of many aviation reservation training programs lacking practical training environments, where students only learn and memorize various commands, leading to difficulties in employment.
The check-in service system is equipped with the following training functions:
1) The NEWAPP front-end system with a graphical interface. The new system features a clear interface, easy-to-read data, and user-friendly operation.
2) Features dual-machine hot backup function – First, download a copy of the passenger information stored on the host to a local backup. If contact with the host is suddenly lost, NewApp will seamlessly switch to local backup mode, followed by...Utilize pre-downloaded passenger information to process check-in procedures, thereby ensuring maximum normal operations.
3) Provided customers with a user-friendly interface and comprehensive departure passenger handling features; simultaneously established locallyUnified Airport Information Platform, integrating passenger information, flight information, destination city information, and various other types of informationSource, providing a comprehensive information source for airport informatization.
Other services include simulated systems for airport security check information management, airport gate service systems, airport waiting hall broadcasting and display systems, and self-service check-in CUSS platforms.
