The system reenacts and simulates various cabin service tasks through scenario-based micro-lessons and 3D character performances. It covers stewardess service standards, language norms, action operation essentials, all work processes and content across the four stages of cabin service, cabin service standards, greeting and farewell services, catering services and procedures, leisure and entertainment services and procedures, VIP services, special passenger services, bilingual Boeing cabin content, and common disease management.
Scenario-based micro-lessons and 3D character performances make the teaching process more engaging and diverse, effectively addressing the limitations of training facilities and frequency. Before teacher guidance, students first learn through scenario-based teaching resources, mastering the essentials and basic content of cabin service. In the training hours, teachers no longer focus solely on traditional hands-on teaching, but shift to individual guidance, thereby designing a flipped classroom for cabin service.
