The system scenario is based on the lobby department of a five-star hotel, modeling and simulating the lobby area: main entrance and pedestrian routes, main service desk, concierge, luggage area, resting zone, VIP reception, lobby manager's office, reservation desk, reception desk, information desk, switchboard, business center, cashier's desk, and the entire administrative floor, among other hotel lobby service locations. The system offers learning and understanding of modules such as the simulation of the lobby department, job responsibilities, internship content, service procedures, and precautions.
The system is divided into six major sections: Basic Knowledge, Job Responsibilities, Business Processes, Scenario Simulation, Case Analysis, and Front Desk Departments, providing a systematic teaching of front desk knowledge for hotels. The content covers the learning, process demonstration, and business understanding of important service aspects such as hotel front desk reservations, reception, inquiries, check-out, safe deposit box services, and administrative floor services. It enhances teaching effectiveness, improves students' hands-on skills, and promotes educational reform through a combination of 3D animation, videos, text, images, voice explanations, and virtual simulation scenarios for the simulation of key front desk operations.
