Shelf Product Description

After processing each component, the finished product is assembled following phosphatizing, acid washing, polishing, and classic electrostatic powder coating techniques.

* The shelf levels can be easily adjusted up and down at a spacing of 75mm, and are convenient for assembly and disassembly.

*The shelf posts are formed by cold-rolled steel plates through a specialized cold bending machine, with double-row holes punched on the front face for use with cross beams at 75mm intervals; two posts are assembled into a shelf post section with a transverse connecting pipe and an incline connecting pipe placed between them.

The shelf steel deck is made by bending cold-rolled steel sheets to the required size with four edges folded.

The beam and column sections are assembled to form a frame, followed by the installation of steel deck plates, thus creating a complete set of medium-sized shelving units.

Commonly used for storing small to medium-sized, heavier items; single-layer load capacity preset between 150kg-800kg.

According to this classification principle, medium racks are positioned between light-duty and heavy-duty racks, hence the name "medium rack." Typically, the load-bearing capacity of each shelf ranges from 150kg to 800kg (with most rack loads being calculated on a per-shelf basis). Rack structure
