Tunnel (concrete structure) fire-resistant coating, tested and approved by the "National Fixed Fire Extinguishing System and Fire-Resistant Component Quality Supervision and Inspection Center" according to the GB 98-2005 "Fire-Resistant Coating for Concrete Structures" standard. It meets the required physical and chemical properties and has a high fire resistance limit up to 3 hours. This coating is a fire and heat-insulating material primarily composed of inorganic substances, featuring strong adhesion and excellent physical and chemical properties, thin coating, and high fire resistance. It is used for fire protection on concrete surfaces in various tunnels and other buildings. In addition to enhancing the fire resistance of concrete, its dry coating with high adhesion strength is also suitable for the vibration environment when vehicles pass through tunnels, offering good durability and resistance to aging. It can form a robust and long-lasting architectural structure, making it a product for both tunnel fire protection and structural protection.

◆ Product Composition

Expanding vermiculite, high-strength binder, flame-retardant fibers, high-temperature-resistant materials, thermal insulation material additives, and other composite raw materials are used, free of harmful volatile substances such as asbestos, formaldehyde, and benzene compounds.

Concrete surface fire protection suitable for wide application in overpass corridors, underground parking garages, highway tunnels, railway tunnels, and subway tunnels, fully meeting fire safety requirements for construction design.
