Process Introduction:

Material options for rack: 45 steel, 40Gr, 42GrMo4, 20GrMnTi, and various other materials.

Optional heat treatment processes: high-frequency surface quenching, medium-frequency surface quenching, carbonitriding, nitriding, etc.

Surface Hardness: HRC52-HRC60.

The length of the racks is usually 500mm, 1000mm, 1500mm, and 2000mm.

On CNC lathes, gantry machines, and boring and milling centers, etc., after eliminating the reverse clearance, the positioning accuracy of a 15-meter stroke can reach <0.025mm.

In the field of automotive welding and assembly lines, the maximum splicing distance exceeds 100m, with positioning accuracy less than 0.055mm.
