Service Scope:
1. Comprehensive laboratory centralized gas supply system pipeline engineering, including the entire process of installation and debugging from design, selection, product supply, maintenance, and technical support.
2. Installation of ultra-pure gas conveying systems, specialty gas cabinets (GC, GR), distribution boxes (VMB, VMP), and secondary piping construction services.
3. Gas pressure monitoring and alarm system, installation and commissioning of gas concentration monitoring and alarm control systems.
4. Lab pure water pipeline supply system installation, lab wastewater treatment system design and installation.
5. Pipeline Valves: Automatic regulating and controlling equipment for various gas supply systems, gas regulators, valves of various grades of stainless steel pipes (EP grade, BA grade) including diaphragm valves, ball valves, needle valves, safety valves, check valves, flame arrestors, sleeve unions, precision filters, and various pressure gauges.
Gas Source Cylinder Room Design Description
• Utilizes a semi-automatic switching system to ensure continuous gas supply. Guarantees the continuity of experiments.
• Multi-bottle gas supply ensures adequate gas volume.
Bottles are centrally located for easy refilling procedures.
• No bottles in the lab, saving space and eliminating a hazard source.
• Equipped with a safety valve for guaranteed safe operation.
• Nitrogen purge function and venting capabilities ensure purity of the gas.
• Features low-pressure alarm, alerting users to replace the cylinder when the pressure drops below the operating level.
• The design of the flammable gas system includes a PLC control system, enabling联动 of the flammable gas alarm, emergency shutdown, and fan. Ensures gas safety.
• Different gases are contained in materials specific to each, ensuring purity.
• Different connection methods (VCR, compression, welding) are used according to the type of gas.
• The high-pressure section utilizes a high-pressure valve 1 to ensure gas safety.
Monitor System Design Specifications
• The gas cylinder room is equipped with gas concentration leak alarms and emergency shutdowns. In the event of harmful gas leakage in the cylinder room, the concentration detection alarm will activate both sound and light alarms, and send a signal to the exhaust valve to start the fan for air exchange, ensuring the safety of gas supply.
• The gas alarm uses a 4~20mA signal and is certified with EX-1ICT6 explosion-proof rating, enhancing the safety level.
• All signal lines are made with 4-core shielded cables to prevent signal interference.
• PLC internal signal input terminals are pre-assigned, ensuring expandability and enabling real-time display of concentration/pressure values.
• The unit is equipped with a touch screen and the display is simultaneously shown on the host computer. The operating system is Windows XP, which facilitates operation.

Functional Column/Pipe Chute Description
• All connecting pipelines are焊接 using digital welding technology, ensuring safe operation. Unused gases in this layer are equipped with reserved outlets in the pipeline shaft for future gas line additions.
Flammable gases are equipped with flame arresters in the pipeline shaft, enhancing safety levels.H2、C₂H₂、CH₄Pneumatic control valves are designed for integration with PLCs. Each gas installation is equipped with a floor main control valve.
Select different pipe sizes based on varying gas consumption.
• The spacing of gas pipeline supports shall not exceed 1.5 meters. The supporting distance is determined based on the inner diameter of the smallest gas pipeline.
Design Specifications for Indoor Instrument Valve Components
Each lab must have individual valve control.
For instruments requiring separate pressure adjustment, a separate valve must be installed at the gas outlet point on the workbench to control it.
All gas outlet points are equipped with stainless steel valves and connected to pressure and flow regulators.
• The H2 uses a VCR-style connector, while other gases are connected using a sleeve style.
Rooms with combustible gases are equipped with a combustible gas alarm system linked to a PLC.
• Gas enters the main pipeline of the room, where a gas purification system is installed to enhance gas purity.
