I. Product Features

Electrically heated shielded glass features frost and fog prevention, low-temperature heating for LCD screen startup, and electromagnetic shielding capabilities, widely used in wide temperature design of LCD display screens.

Section II: Product Structure

We offer two main types: electrically heated coated shielding glass and electrically heated wire mesh shielding glass. The wire mesh shielding glass can be designed with a double or triple glass structure, tailored to the customer's specific requirements.

Section 3: Product Technical Specifications

1) Main Technical Parameters of Heating Glass (for reference only)

2) Surrounding Structures: 3 types including U-shaped copper foil, screen edge, and screen edge wrapped with copper foil.

3) The wire lead direction of the power cable is determined based on the actual installation structure, and the length of the power cable is according to customer requirements.

4) Additionally, a temperature control card can be equipped upon customer request.

Cautionary Notes

The electrically heated shielded glass has a special structure. The design drawings should accurately provide the dimensions of the visible area of the window, design power, wire resistance value, and loading voltage, as well as the required insulation resistance to ensure safety. The position of the conductive copper foil should be designed with sufficient distance, preferably more than 4mm from the edge, to facilitate manufacturing and prevent cracking of the glass due to excessive heat concentration during heating.
