Far-infrared ceramic powder for paint and textile applications

Far-infrared ceramic powder is a white powder composed of various substances. Its primary feature is its ability to emit more far-infrared radiation than normal objects, with a higher infrared radiation rate. It is mainly used in high-temperature areas for boiler heating, paint baking, wood and food heating and drying, etc. In normal temperature areas, it is primarily used in the production of various far-infrared thermal insulation materials, such as far-infrared ceramic powder, far-infrared ceramic fiber, far-infrared ceramic polyester, and functional ceramic materials with far-infrared properties. Far-infrared ceramic coatings (including nano-titanium dioxide coatings) possess catalytic oxidation capabilities. Under sunlight exposure (especially UV light), they generate negative one-valent hydroxide ions, effectively removing indoor benzene, formaldehyde, sulfides, ammonia, and odor-causing substances, while also exhibiting bactericidal properties.
