6-S Shaking Bed Equipment Introduction
The 6-S shaker is one of the key equipment in gravity-based mineral processing. The 6S shaker for mineral processing is widely used to separate tungsten, tin, tantalum, niobium, iron, manganese, chromium, titanium, bismuth, lead, gold, and other non-ferrous and precious metal ores, as well as in the coal industry. 6-S Shaking Bed Working Principle
The entire beneficiation process of the 6S shaking bed equipment in the ore dressing plant takes place on the inclined bed surface with a reciprocating strip. The ore particle group is fed into the bed surface from the ore feeding trough at the corner, while the cleaning water is supplied horizontally by the stainless steel water trough. Under the effects of the force, horizontal water jet impact, the bed's reciprocating motion, and the resultant inertia and sliding friction forces, the ore particles are proportionally and granulometrically distributed in layers, and they move vertically along the bed and horizontally along the inclined bed. Consequently, particles with different proportions and granulometric distributions flow down in a fan shape from A to B edges, respectively exiting from different sections at the titanium concentrate end and the tailings storage side, ultimately being divided into titanium concentrate, middlings, and tailings.
