I. Overview
The ZJQ series air-cooled Roots vacuum pumps are a new product derived from the ZJ series Roots vacuum pumps by adding a bypass gas cooling system. Thanks to their unique structural design, they can operate reliably over long periods at high pressure differentials and high compression ratios. The cooling gas enters the pump's suction chamber from both sides, preventing overheating due to gas compression without affecting the pump's suction performance.
Coolers and motors are essential accessories for each pump, with their specifications determined by different operating conditions. Pumps can be used individually or connected in series with liquid ring vacuum pumps and standard Roots vacuum pumps to form a unit, achieving higher vacuum levels to meet various process requirements.
II. Key Features
Can be used individually or in multi-stage series, or in series with a liquid ring pump.
● The working vacuum achieved in a straight-through atmosphere can reach 150 mbar.
● Series connection of multi-stage vacuum pumps or liquid ring vacuum pumps can achieve medium vacuum range.
