High-pressure, ultra-abrasion-resistant (co-extruded POE) steel-reinforced multilayer composite pipe is lined with a novel modified polyolefin abrasion-resistant material. It employs a new bidirectional reinforcement production process to use steel as the pressure-resistant reinforcing phase, meeting the thickness and strength requirements of CJ/T189-2007 standard. The operating pressure can reach up to 7.0 MPa. The abrasion-resistant layer material is chemically and physically modified, enhancing polyolefin elastomers, polydimethylsiloxane, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, etc., to provide excellent wear resistance and processing properties. The inclusion of the abrasion-resistant layer significantly improves the pipe's wear resistance during the transportation of slurries and solid media, extending the pipe's service life. Its abrasion resistance is far superior to that of currently recognized ultra-high UHMW PE abrasion-resistant plastic pipes, with a wear rate of砂浆 several times higher than that of ultra-high. It can be widely used in environments where the transportation of solids, liquid-solid mixtures, gas powders, slurries, etc., causes severe wear and corrosion.
