The YZJ-350 series hydraulic expansion machine is a specialized胀管 equipment for boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing and maintenance. It can reliably胀接 various specifications and materials of heat exchanger tubes, particularly suitable for胀接 thick tube plates and large-diameter tube heat exchangers. Heat exchangers produced using the rapid expansion technology of the胀管 machine feature uniform tube胀接, are safe and reliable, have a long service life, and a low failure rate. Moreover, the胀接 operation is simple, the expansion speed is fast, significantly reducing manufacturing or maintenance time, and minimizing downtime losses for chemical plants, offering high economic benefits.

YZJ-350 Hydraulic胀接Technology features the following characteristics:

1) Full-thickness, one-time uniform expansion jointing for pipesheets of any thickness.

2)胀接 any intermediate tube plate or multi-tube plate heat exchanger, regardless of depth.

3)胀接 internal threaded pipes or seamless welded tubes.

4) Low residual stress after expansion fitting, less prone to gap corrosion.

5) After胀接the heat exchanger, there is slight shrinkage instead of elongation in the axial direction, which is beneficial for reducing operating noise.

6) Large internal hole tolerance on the tube; adjust the mandrel diameter on-site as needed (maximum allowable grinding allowance for the mandrel is 0.3mm).

7) No oil contamination at the expansion joint; pre-expansion welding is unaffected.

8) Heat exchangers with pipe boxes can be directly胀接 at the edges, very convenient.

9) Single operators can continuously expand and connect, with a rate of 6-8 pipe ends per minute.
