The YZJ-500 series hydraulic expansion tube machine is a specialized expansion equipment for boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing and maintenance. It can reliably expand a variety of heat exchanger tubes in different specifications and materials, particularly suitable for expanding thick tube plates and large-diameter tube heat exchangers. Heat exchangers produced using the rapid expansion tube technology of the expansion machine feature even tube expansion, safety, reliability, long service life, and low failure rate. Moreover, the expansion operation is simple, and the expansion speed is fast, significantly reducing manufacturing or maintenance time and minimizing downtime losses for chemical plants, offering high economic benefits.

YZJ-500 Hydraulic Expansion Technology boasts the following features:

1) Full-thickness, one-time, uniform expansion fitting for tube plates of any thickness.

2)胀接 any intermediate tube plate or multi-tube plate heat exchanger at any depth.

3) Expansion joint for internal threaded pipes or seamless welded pipes.

4) Low residual stress after expansion, less prone to crevice corrosion.

6) The internal diameter tolerance of the pipe is large, and the diameter of the胀head can be appropriately adjusted on-site (the maximum allowable grinding allowance for the胀head is 0.3mm).

7) No oil contamination at the expansion joint; pre-expansion welding is unaffected.
