Equipment Overview

The YZJ-350 series hydraulic expansion tube machine is a specialized expansion equipment for boiler and heat exchanger manufacturing and maintenance. This machine can reliably expand a variety of specifications and materials of heat exchange tubes, particularly suitable for expanding thick tube plates and large-diameter tube heat exchangers. Heat exchangers produced using the rapid expansion tube technology are uniformly expanded, safe, reliable, with a long service life and low failure rate. The expansion operation is simple, and the expansion speed is fast, significantly reducing manufacturing or maintenance time and minimizing downtime losses for chemical plants, offering high economic benefits.

YZJ-350 Hydraulic Expansion Joining Technology features the following characteristics:

1) Full-thickness, one-time uniform expansion jointing for pipe plates of any thickness.

2)胀接 any intermediate tube plate or multi-tube plate heat exchanger of any depth.

3) Expansion jointing is applied to internal threaded pipes or seamless焊接 tubes.

4) Low residual stress after expansion jointing, less prone to crevice corrosion.

5) After expansion jointing, the heat exchanger does not elongate axially but slightly contracts, which is beneficial for reducing operating noise.

6) The internal hole tolerance of the pipe is large, the diameter of the expansion head can be appropriately adjusted on-site (the maximum allowable grinding allowance for the expansion head is 0.3mm).

7) No oil contamination at the expansion joint; welding after expansion is unaffected.

8) Heat exchangers with pipe boxes can be directly胀接 at the edges, very convenient.

9) Single operators can continuously expand joints, with a capacity of 6-8 pipe ends per minute.
