Agitator- Under the combined action of high-speed rotors, granulating disks, and multi-functional scrapers, the required particle material is prepared in the shortest time possible.
Mixed- Utilizing a combination of rotary granulation and high-speed blending granulation, we achieve the ball-making granulation process in the fastest and most efficient manner.
Fixed- The main functional components consist of a mixed granulation cylinder, a high-speed mixed granulation tool set, and a fixed scraper; the mixed granulation drum is installed at a specific angle, with the high-speed mixed granulation tool set at an eccentric position, and a fixed arched scraper mounted at the bottom side of the cylinder.
Rotary- During the granulation process, the granulation cylinder rotates clockwise at a low speed, while the granulation tool assembly rotates counterclockwise at high speed. The rotating cylinder feeds the material into the movement path of the tool assembly. Simultaneously, a fixed scraper breaks up the material flow. Together with the rotating cylinder, high-speed granulation tools, and the fixed scraper, a complex three-dimensional mixed granulation material flow is formed, achieving rapid and high-quality homogenization of the material while completing the pelletizing process. The rotor can also be set to rotate in the same direction.
Speed- During granulation, the rotation speed of the drum and the high-speed rotor can be preset according to process requirements; also, the speed of the running hybrid granulator can be adjusted during the granulation process to achieve the interlaced mixing granulation technology.
