Principle of Pelletizing

Utilizing the reverse flow three-dimensional motion principle, combining rotational granulation with high-speed blending granulation, to achieve the quickest and most efficient ball and granule production.

The main functional components consist of a mixed granulation drum body, a high-speed mixed granulation tool assembly, and a fixed scraper. The mixed granulation drum is installed at a specific angle, featuring a high-speed mixed granulation tool assembly at an eccentric position, with a fixed curved scraper mounted at the bottom side of the drum.

During the granulation process, the granulation cylinder rotates clockwise at a lower speed, while the granulation tool set rotates counterclockwise at high speed. The rotating cylinder transports the material into the trajectory of the tool set, and a fixed scraper breaks up the material flow. With the combined action of the rotating cylinder, high-speed granulation tools, and the fixed scraper, a complex three-dimensional mixed granulation material flow is formed, achieving rapid and high-quality homogenization of the material, while completing the granulation process.
