EPDM Plastic Elastic Granules

Flexible granules are vivid in color, offer strong integration, easy maintenance, and a stable structure for round-the-clock use. Made by blending EPDM granules with compatible chemical raw materials, the thickness is designed as 4MM+5MM, which can be constructed as a top layer of 5MM and a bottom layer of 5MM, totaling one centimeter in thickness.

Process.1 Surface treatment must be clean. New concrete must have completed the curing period before construction. Cracks, if present, must be addressed first to ensure a smooth surface finish.

2. Regional positioning, rationally allocate the workload for laying out, after measuring the boundary lines as per design requirements, divide the entire site into sections, and lay out according to these sections.

3. Apply a basic primer adhesive, roll it out evenly and wait until it is fully moistened before proceeding to the next step.

Pour black base granules into the mixer, then add eco-friendly glue, mix thoroughly according to the ratio, spread it out to complete the base layer. Subsequently, pour colored surface elastic granules and spread them evenly using heating equipment.

5  The semi-finished products are coated with a UV protective layer on the day of completion, and traffic is opened after thorough drying.
