The thermoplastic adhesive used is food-grade and odorless, meeting the requirements of the food industry. The heat-sealing machine mainly consists of three parts: feeding, glue application, and folding. When the material reaches the designated position, the heat-sealing machine melts the thermoplastic adhesive into a liquid, which is then applied to the surface of the box via the thermoplastic adhesive tube and gun. After the lid is folded, the adhesive cools and firmly adheres, satisfying the sealing needs of the box and overcoming the various defects associated with manual sealing or tape sealing.
Key installation points for hot melt adhesive sealing machines, generally divided into four main parts, as follows:
1. First, place the hot melt adhesive sealing machine on a level base, lock the brake casters, adjust the legs to an appropriate height, ensuring the machine's base is level.
2. Place the required cartons for boxing on the conveyor platform.
Adjust the lifting handle to lower the conveyor base of the glue feeding head so that it is approximately 3-5mm below the height of the cardboard box.
B. Loosen the locking handwheel, adjust the conveying clamp, ensuring it is tightly against the cardboard box, then retighten the locking handwheel.
C. Adjust the carton positioning wheel so that it simultaneously tightens against the carton with the conveyor clamp, then securely tighten the locking handwheel.
