Non-standard, custom-shaped chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks are first manufactured with carbon steel shells, then a diamond steel plate mesh is welded on the inner surface of the barrel. Made from polyethylene (PE) and formed using rotational molding (rotomolding) technology, the entire tank is molded in one piece on the inner steel surface.
The steel mesh (turtle mesh) of non-standard, special-shaped chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks is integrated with polyethylene, with the steel mesh welded to the surface of the steel body. This makes the polyethylene lining difficult to detach from the steel surface, thus making it a more superior corrosion-resistant product.
The inner lining of non-standard, special-shaped chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks is smooth, even, and sturdy, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance, as well as a long service life.
Non-standard, special-shaped chemical corrosion-resistant storage tanks feature:
1. Special process for one-time molding, featuring seamless flange connections, low leakage, and high strength.
2. Corrosion resistance for steel shell lined with plastic (steel-plastic composite).
3. Excellent corrosion resistance with a wide range of corrosive mediums.
4. Materials are non-toxic and can also be used in the production and storage of certain chemicals.
5. The material has excellent toughness, resistant to impact and less prone to damage. It offers a significant advantage over ceramic, fiberglass, and vitreous enamel products, which are more susceptible to breakage and cracking upon impact.
6. Non-standard, customized chemical storage tanks for corrosion protection can be ordered according to customer specifications. Due to transportation limitations, the diameter does not exceed 4500mm.
