Product Introduction

TMC-981 is a new type of powdered titanate coupling agent developed by our factory. This product comes in a powdered granular form, is easy to dispense and weigh, offers a low price, and boasts high stability. It overcomes the drawbacks of aluminum-based coupling agents, such as resistance to temperature variations and smoking during extrusion, and is suitable for non-polar and semi-polar polymers.

Physical Properties

Primary Use

Composite Materials: Enhances thermal stability and surface smoothness of composites, increases filler loading, reduces resin consumption, and lowers costs. Particularly suitable for PVC pipes, sheets, cable materials, and other resin products.

2. Inorganic Filler Surface Treatment: Ideal for treating inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate and kaolin to enhance the hydrophobicity and dispersibility of the fillers, improve the mechanical strength of the finished products, and reduce water absorption.

3. Rubber: TMC-981 treated kaolin-filled rubber to enhance tear resistance and tensile strength, capable of partially replacing white carbon black.
