Product Overview
TMC-980 is a new solid multi-functional group titanate coupling agent developed by our factory. It boasts superior storage performance, reactivity, and thermal stability compared to other solid coupling agents, and is suitable for non-polar and weakly polar polymers. Particularly ideal for light-colored products.

Primary Uses
This product, when treating fillers, exhibits high reactivity, excellent dispersion, and good thermal stability. It addresses the drawbacks of alkoxy silicate, such as sensitivity to temperature variations, sticking, yellowing, and smoking during extrusion, making it an outstanding inorganic material surface treatment agent.
Polyethylene Film: This product is suitable for polyethylene film processing, with good thermal stability, no bubbles during blowing, easy dispersion of filler, and excellent mechanical properties.
2. Composite Materials: Enhance thermal stability and surface smoothness of composites. Increase filler loading, reduce resin consumption, lower costs. Suitable materials include PP, PE, rubber, etc.
3. Inorganic Filler Surface Treatment: Suitable for treating fillers such as light and heavy calcium carbonate, fly ash, clay, wollastonite, aluminum hydroxide, titanium dioxide, barium sulfate, starch, and wood sawdust, as well as inorganic colorants, to enhance hydrophobicity, dispersion, improve product mechanical strength, and reduce water absorption.
Rubber: Use TMC980 to treat kaolin-filled rubber to enhance its tear and tensile strength, capable of partially replacing some white rubber.

Usage and Dosage
Place the required filler or pigment in a high-speed blender, then add this product and blend at high speed for approximately 5-15 minutes. Afterward, add the resin and other additives from the original formula.
The general dosage is 0.5-3% of the pigment filler weight, with a recommended dosage of 1%. The optimal dosage should be determined through testing.
