Physical Properties
Appearance: White powder solid; Melting Point ≥ 48℃; Decomposition Temperature ≥ 275℃
Primary Use
Composite Materials: Enhance thermal stability and surface smoothness, increase filler loading, reduce resin usage, and lower costs. Suitable materials include PP, PE, rubber, etc., especially for PVC pipes.
2. Inorganic Filler Surface Treatment: Suitable for treating inorganic materials such as calcium carbonate and kaolin, to enhance the hydrophobicity and dispersibility of the filler, improve the mechanical strength of the product, and reduce water absorption.
3. Rubber: TMC-133 treated kaolin-filled rubber to enhance tear resistance and tensile strength, capable of partially replacing white carbon black.
