Primary Uses
1. Composite Materials: Enhances thermal stability and surface smoothness. Increases filler loading, reduces resin consumption, and lowers costs. Suitable materials include PP, PE, and rubber, etc.
2. Inorganic Filler Surface Treatment: Suitable for treating inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and kaolin, to enhance the hydrophobicity and dispersibility of the fillers, improve the mechanical strength of the products, and reduce water absorption.
3. Rubber: TMC-130 treated kaolin-filled rubber enhances the tear and tensile strength of rubber, capable of partially replacing white carbon black.
