Overview

This product is an improved new variety of TTS type, containing multiple active groups, highly suitable for the dispersion of carbon black. It is a new type of coupling agent, which, in addition to its excellent dispersibility, also offers antistatic properties. It serves as an excellent additive for cable jacketing materials and is also a superior dispersant for paints and inks.

Usage

For pigment or filler content, 0.5-3.0% is typical. General fillers are recommended at 0.1%, while ultra-fine fillers (such as carbon black) suggest 1.5%. Optimal usage should be determined through experimentation.

Usage Instructions

Recommend using pretreatment methods, i.e., first treat the filler with a coupling agent. Due to the small amount of coupling agent, it should be diluted, with the dilution amount ≥ the coupling agent amount. The diluent should be liquid paraffin, solvent oil,Isopropyl AlcoholWait.

Apply the diluted product evenly to the raw material under high-speed stirring (no heating required), stir for several minutes (time varies depending on dispersion) before adding the carrier and other additives, then proceed with the original process.

Cautionary Notes

After pretreatment of the filling material, if it is stored for discharge, it should be noted to dissipate heat (stirring heat) to prevent a decrease in the heat-resistant properties of the filling material.

This product is non-chelating and should not come into contact with water, as it will become ineffective. However, the free moisture in the filler has no effect.

This product is valid for one year when sealed and stored at room temperature, starting from the date of manufacture.
