Overview
This product is an improved new variety of the TTS type, containing multiple active groups, highly suitable for the dispersion of carbon black. It is a novel coupling agent, offering excellent dispersion properties along with anti-static functionality. It serves as an excellent additive for cable sheath materials and is also a superior dispersant for paints and inks.
Technical Specifications

Composition
Complex monoalkoxy titanates
Application Scope
Carbon black, calcium carbonate, clay, fly ash, etc. inorganic raw materials, plastics, rubber, paint, ink, pigments, toner powder
Usage
For pigment or filler content, 0.5-3.0% is common. For general fillers, 0.1% is recommended. For ultra-fine fillers (such as carbon black), 1.5% is suggested. Optimal dosage should be determined through experimentation.
Features
Enhance the filler dispersion significantly, increasing the filling capacity.
Enhance the semiconducting cable material's plasticization performance, with good fluidity.
The products have a glossy finish and are static-resistant.
Enhance compatibility with the carrier and increase adhesion.
Enhance carbon black grinding efficiency and reduce the time to start grinding.
Product color has been enhanced with anti-settling properties.
Usage Instructions
It is recommended to use a pretreatment method, which involves first treating the filling material with a coupling agent. Since the amount of coupling agent is minimal, it should be diluted, with the dilution volume being ≥ the amount of coupling agent. The diluent should be liquid paraffin or solvent oil.Isopropyl AlcoholPlease wait.
After diluting the product, evenly spray it onto the raw materials being stirred at high speed (no heating required), stir for several minutes (time depends on the dispersion effect) and then add the carrier and other additives. Proceed with the original process.
Cautionary Notes
After pretreatment of the filling material, if stored after discharge, it is important to ensure heat dissipation (mixing heat) to prevent a decline in the thermal properties of the filling material.
This product is non-chelating and should not come into contact with water, as it will become ineffective. However, the free moisture in the filler has no effect.
This product remains valid for one year from the date of manufacture when stored under normal room temperature conditions.
