Purpose:

Excellent dispersant for pigments and fillers.

Features:

★Significant dispersion effect, can be compounded with other coupling agents.

Usage:

For the weight of the pigment and filler to be processed, 0.5~3% is recommended, with a suggested usage of 1%. The optimal amount should be determined through trial.

Usage:

Mix this product with a diluent (white oil, alcohol,Isopropyl AlcoholOils, water, etc.) in a 1:1 ratio, then spray onto the pigment or filler being vigorously stirred (can also be used in grinding). The specific stirring time is determined by the dispersion effect, as tested.

Transportation, Storage:

This product is non-flammable and non-explosive, and can be packaged, transported, and stored in plastic drums, internally lined steel drums, or similar containers.

This product has a shelf life of 2 years when stored at room temperature. Upon contact with water and stirring, it will emulsify and its concentration will decrease, but it will not affect its inherent quality.
