Summary
TMC-TE is an organic peptide chelate, similar to DuPont's TYZOR TE, and its composition includes:Isobutyl groupDouble ThreeEthylamineTitanate, CAS No.: 36673-16-2, approximately 20% free radicals in the productIsopropyl Alcohol。
Technical Specifications

Features
TMC-TE is a yellow, organic, flammable liquid that undergoes hydrolysis when mixed with water, yielding isopropyl alcohol and forming an active hydroxyl chelate. The chelate remains stable in water for several months. This chelate can bind with OH or COOH groups in polymers, carbonates (such as cellulose, starch, guar gum, etc.). Consequently, it can generate a strong gel in aqueous systems. TMC-TE can produce TiO2 through heat treatment above 350°C.
Accessibility and Usage
Catalyst for ester and polyester synthesis. Low toxicity, recyclable, and environmentally friendly. Recommended dosage is approximately 0.5%, with the exact amount to be determined through experimentation. In polymers or carbonates, it can produce strong gels; the gel formation time varies depending on the type of polymer or carbonate, ranging from less than 1 minute to over 1 hour. Recommended dosage: 0.5%-5%, with the exact amount to be determined through experimentation.
