Summary
This product is a new type of domestic and international titanium coupling agent, classified as a super-dispersant. It features the dispersing properties of phosphate esters and the coupling properties of titanate esters, as well as excellent surface activity. In the coatings industry, it can replace Tenl0-70 from the American company Tai Shang and Texaphor 963 from the German company Henkel. It is also widely applicable in plastics and rubber, effectively activating various pigments and fillers. Particularly, it is an excellent auxiliary agent for carbon black and dark masterbatch materials.
Composition
CompositePhosphoric AcidType A polyalkoxy titanates (containing various active groups, with a relatively complex structure)
Technical Specifications

Performance
An excellent surface activator for pigments, it boasts remarkable dispersing effects, particularly effective for the dispersion characteristics of carbon black. Dosage:
For pigment weight, 0.5-2.0% is recommended; 1% is suggested as an ideal amount, but please conduct tests for the optimal dosage.
Application Scope
● Dark masterbatch (polyolefin system).
●General inorganic and organic pigments, fillers.
● Paints, plastics, rubber, inks, etc.
Features
★ High-speed mixing and dispersion without external heating.
★Increasing the pigment filling amount results in a darker product color.
★ Enhanced dispersibility, easy processing, and improved efficiency.
★Products feature bright and lustrous colors with excellent resistance to aging.
★ Prevent blooming, sedimentation, and enhance adhesion in paints and inks.
Usage
After diluting the product with a solvent to a ratio of ≥1:1, uniformly spray it onto the pigment being stirred at high speed. Continue stirring for several minutes, then discharge for use or add carrier and other additives according to the original process.
You can also add it during grinding (the effect varies depending on the type of grinder), but the dispersion is not as effective as the aforementioned pre-treatment methods. Solvent selection
Plastic Industry - Liquid Paraffin (also known as white oil); Rubber Industry - 200# Solvent or Oil; Paint Industry - 200# Solvent orIsopropyl Alcohol。
Cautionary Notes
Pigments and fillers, after high-speed processing and stored as backup, should be kept cool (avoid stirring heat) to prevent heat-induced deterioration.
!This product has a shelf life of two years from the date of manufacture when stored at room temperature.
