Usage
Plastic Industry
Apply this product, diluted with liquid paraffin at a ratio of ≥1:1, to the filling material in a high-speed mixer, continue to mix for 5-15 minutes (depending on the effect) before adding the resin and other additives and proceeding with the original process.
Rubber Industry
Dilute with 200° solvent oil or machine oil at a ratio of ≥1:1 (the amount can be the same as the original process solvent or lubricant dosage), then spray it onto the filler being mixed at high speed. Continue mixing for several minutes (time depends on the effect), then discharge and set aside for use. Pay attention to heat dissipation to prevent the filler from deteriorating due to heat.
Paint and coatings industry
Use 200° solvent orIsopropyl Alcohol≥1:1 Dilute before applying to the paint and spray it on, then proceed with grinding as per original process. Cautionary Notes
· Do not expose this product to water; it is effective for two years when stored at room temperature (from the date of manufacture).
