Performance

A surfactant for pigments and fillers, offering excellent dispersion properties and coupling effects with both organic and inorganic materials. Dosage:

For total pigment or filler content of 0.5-2.0%, a recommended usage is 1.0%, with optimal dosage to be determined through experimentation.

Application Scope

Light and heavy calcium carbonate, kaolin, wollastonite, talc, clay, metal oxides, and other fillers, pigments.

Polyolefin lightweight systems; Natural rubber, synthetic rubber systems; Epoxy, acrylics;Propene acidSystem. Filler masterbatch, reinforcing masterbatch, flame-retardant masterbatch, rubber masterbatch.

Usage

After diluting with a diluent, spray onto the pigment or filler in high-speed agitation, continue to mix for 5-15 minutes, then add to other formulations and proceed with the original process.

Diluent:Isopropyl AlcoholParaffin wax, solvent oil, etc.

Cautionary Notes

★Do not contact with water, otherwise hydrolysis will occur.

★ Valid for two years from the date of manufacture.
