Overview
This product is the fifth generation of single-alkoxy type in the domestic market, featuring light color, stable storage, and resistance to solidification. It offers superior coupling effects, making it an ideal alternative to the international brand TTS in China.
Composition
Phytic acid-type monoalkoxy titanates, similar to American KR-TTS.
Technical Specifications

Application Range
☆Lightweight and heavy calcium carbonate, wood powder, wood shavings, clay, fly ash, carbon black, and other inorganic fillers.
Polyolefins, natural rubber, and other systems;
☆Alkyd paints.
Features
★Reasonably priced, versatile.
★ Significantly increase the filling amount of polyolefin products, thereby reducing costs.
★ Suitable for extrusion, calendering, and pressing of plastics.
★ The paint is anti-flaking and has a quick-drying property.
Usage
For pigment or filling volume of 0.5-3.0%, recommended usage is 1.0%, approximately 3% in paint, optimal amount to be determined through experimentation. Usage:
Plastics Industry
Dilute the liquid paraffin 1:1 and spray it onto the filler in the high-speed kneading machine, continue stirring for 5-15 minutes (depending on the effect) and then add the resin and other additives, proceeding according to the original process.
Rubber Industry
Dilute with 200# solvent oil or engine oil (the amount can be the same as the original process solvent or lubricant) and then spray it onto the high-speed mixed filler. Continue mixing for several minutes (time depends on the effect), then discharge and set aside for later use. Ensure proper heat dissipation to prevent the filler from degrading due to overheating.
Paint industry
Use 200# solvent orIsopropyl Alcohol1:1 dilution, spray onto the paint before grinding and proceed with the original process after grinding.
Cautionary Notes
★If the product has crystallization or stratification (due to low temperature), it needs to be heated and mixed evenly using a water bath! (Does not affect quality!)
★ Valid for one year from the date of manufacture; must not come into contact with water or else it will become invalid.
