Summary
This product is a new type of chelatingPhosphoric AcidEster titanate coupling agent quaternary ammonium salts are the best high-performance water-soluble titanate coupling agents available in the domestic market, with a wide range of applications and remarkable effects. They are particularly effective in magnetic powder dispersion and also excellent additives for producing active calcium (light calcium).
Appearance
Light yellow to brown viscous liquid.
Composition
Chelating agents with multiple active groupsPhosphoric AcidEster titanate coupling agent, similar to American KR-238S.
Technical Specifications

Usage
For pigment, filler, or magnetic powder weight, recommended usage is 0.5-2.5%, with an optimal range of 1-1.5%; please experiment for the best usage. Application Range
Magnetic powder, magnetic ink, magnetic tape, disk, core, etc., magnetic materials.
Magnetic plastic, magnetic rubber, magnetic coatings, magnetic inks, waterproof coatings or water-based coatings, dyes, filler modifications.
Auxiliary additive for light calcium producing active calcium.
Features
★ Allows for high filling of active calcium in rubber and plastic, with superior performance.
★ Increase the filling amount of magnetic powder to enhance magnetic strength.
★ Enhances the affinity between magnetic powder, pigment, or filler and the carrier, improving adhesion and strength.
★ Soluble in water in any proportion, suitable for both water-soluble and oil-soluble products.
★ This product has a long shelf life and outperforms various coupling agents.
Usage
After being diluted with solvent ≥ 1:1, the product is evenly sprayed onto pigments or fillers being mixed at high speed (without external heating). Mix for 5-15 minutes (time varies according to speed and dispersion) before discharging for storage or further addition of other additives and carriers.
If grinding is required, add the diluted product before the grinding process. The effect is even better if the aforementioned pretreatment is performed before grinding.
It can also be diluted with water for soaking, followed by dehydration processing or used as a solvent without dehydration in the formula. For wet-process production of pigments and fillers, this product can also be added to the reaction during the production process.
During light calcium production, add this product during hydrolysis and participate in carbonation.
Solvent Selection
Lubricating oil (also known as white oil), solvent oil, engine oil.Isopropyl AlcoholEthanol, water.
Cautionary Notes
After high-speed processing, paints or fillers should be handled with care for heat dissipation if used as backup material.
The product has high viscosity (especially in winter). It can be heated in a water bath for use, as the material temperature exceeds 50℃ the viscosity will rapidly decrease.
This product has a shelf life of three years when stored at room temperature.
