I. Product Introduction

TMC-105 is a monoalkoxy unsaturated fatty acid titanate, with the corresponding foreign brand name being KR-TTS (from the U.S. Kenrich Petrochemical Company). It is suitable for non-polar and semi-polar composite materials to enhance the mechanical strength of products, particularly impact resistance; excellent viscosity reduction; and good surface smoothness.

Primary Use

1. This product is used for filling polyolefins with inorganic fillers such as calcium carbonate and talc, improving the mechanical properties of the products, particularly impact strength and elongation. It also reduces the melt viscosity of composites, suitable for resins like PP, PE, and other non-polar or semi-polar polymers.

2. This product is suitable for use in natural rubber, isoprene rubber, and other rubber products to enhance the tear resistance, elongation at break, and tensile strength of the products.

3. This product is used in paints to reduce system viscosity and increase solid loading; it enhances leveling and imparts excellent wear and corrosion resistance to the coating.

4. This product, as an inorganic filler surface treatment agent, is capable of treating calcium carbonate, talc, and kaolin to enhance the hydrophobicity and dispersibility of the fillers.
