Light and heavy calcium carbonate, clay, talc, aluminum hydroxide, and fillers, as well as titanium dioxide, iron oxide, and other pigments.
Polyolefin systems (PP, PE, PVC, PS, etc.)
Natural rubber systems; alkyd resins;Propionic AcidSystem
Features
· Can increase the amount of filler in the resin and rubber processing.
·Significant anti-settling effect on paint dispersion;
· The paint is easily grindable and features bright colors.
· Suitable for light-colored and white products.
Usage
Plastic Industry
Dilute this product with liquid paraffin at a ratio of ≥1:1 and spray it onto the filling material in a high-speed mixer. Continue stirring for 5-15 minutes (depending on the effect) and then add the resin and other additives, proceeding with the original process.
Rubber Industry
Dilute with 200° solvent oil or machine oil at a ratio of ≥1:1 (the amount can be the same as the original process solvent or lubricant amount), then spray it onto the filler being agitated at high speed. Continue to stir for several minutes (time depending on the effect), then discharge and reserve for later use. Ensure proper heat dissipation to prevent the filler from deteriorating due to overheating.
Paint and coatings industry
Use 200° solvent orIsopropyl Alcohol≥1:1 dilute before spraying into the paint, then proceed with the original process after grinding.
Cautionary Notes
Do not expose this product to water; it is effective for two years when stored at room temperature (starting from the date of manufacture).
