Polyacrylamide, also known as Poly(acrylamide), with CAS No. 9003-05-8 and molecular formula (C3H5NO)n, is a linear organic polymer. It is also a high molecular weight water treatment flocculant product, specifically designed to absorb suspended particles in water, acting as a bridging agent between particles to form larger flocs and accelerate sedimentation. This process is called flocculation. Due to its excellent flocculation performance, PAM is widely used as a flocculant in water treatment. Mesh count: The mesh count refers to the particle size or fineness of the material. Generally defined as the number of meshes per square inch within a 1-inch by 1-inch area, i.e., the number of openings in a screen.
