Application Process
Step 1: Submit application documents
1. Fill out the ECTN Application Form
2. Herbal Ocean Bill of Lading (DRAFT B/L COPY)
3. Commercial Invoice (Shipper's Seal)
4. Packing List
Step 2: Our company issues an official payment slip
Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, our company will generate aPayment InvoicePlease provide the applicant with payment promptly.
Step 3: Applicant makes payment, our company creates the herbal product
Applicant provides payment receipt; upon confirmation of the funds received, our company will issue the draft and dispatch the FERI NO. The applicant will then provide the FERI NO. to the shipping company for the issuance of the original bill of lading.
Step 4: Applicant confirms herbal certificate and completes the materials.

Step 5: Our company issues the original certificate
Upon providing complete information and confirming the herbs, our company will arrange for the issuance of the original FERI certificate.
Payment and Invoicing
Currently, we only accept payment in RMB.
2. Our company issues electronic regular invoices with a tax rate of 1%.
Please note.
• The FERI certificate must be processed before the shipper issues the original bill of lading.
• Each bill of lading requires at least one F.E.R.I.
• The original F.E.R.I. (in PDF format) approved by the authorities will be sent to your company via email. Please print the document or forward the attachment to the consignee at the port of discharge, freight forwarder, or shipping company, etc.
• The FERI certificate must be issued and become effective before the ship arrives at the port of destination. Once the original certificate is issued, no modifications can be made.
Original Certificate for Your Information
The original FERI certificate is in an electronic format and will be sent to the applicant's email address.
Applicants must print this document or forward the attachment to the consignee at the destination port, freight forwarder, or shipping company, etc.
