Application Process
Step 1: Submit Application Documents
Fill out the CNCA Application Form
2. Herbal Marine Bill of Lading (DRAFT B/L COPY)
3. Commercial Invoice
4. Ocean Freight Invoice
Step 2: Our company issues an official payment invoice
Upon receiving the aforementioned documents, our company will generate aPayment InvoicePlease provide the applicant with payment as soon as possible.
Step 3: Applicant makes payment, our company produces herbal products
Applicant provides payment receipt. Our company issues the draft upon confirmation of the received payment. Upon client's confirmation of the draft, we dispatch the CTN NO. The applicant then provides the CTN NO. to the shipping company for issuance of the original bill of lading.
Step 4: Applicant confirms herbal certificate and completes all materials.
Original: 最终需要提供显示CTN NO.的正本海运提单（B/L COPY）。 Translation: You must provide the original ocean bill of lading (B/L COPY) showing the CTN NO.
Step 5: Our company issues the original certificate
**[Attention]** Within 5 consecutive natural days (including Chinese legal holidays) after applying for the CTN NO., the applicant must provide the original bill of lading to complete the final visa. Failure to submit on time will invalidate the allocated number, and the corresponding application fee is non-refundable. A new application and payment will be required.
Regarding Payment and Invoicing
1. Currently, we only accept payment in RMB.
2. Our company issues electronic regular invoices with a tax rate of 1%.
Please note
• The ECTN certificate must be processed before the shipping company issues the original bill of lading, and the certificate must be completed before arrival at port.
• If there is a Self-Operated Container (SOC) in the bill of lading container, please inform us before numbering; otherwise, corresponding amendment fees will apply.
• Once the CTN NO. is generated, other information cannot be modified except for the bill of lading date, place of issuance, and bill of lading number. If a modification is necessary, additional modification fees will apply.
Original Certificate for your information
The original certificate is in an electronic format and will be sent to the applicant's email.
Applicants need to print the documents or forward the attachments to the consignee at the destination port, freight forwarders, shipping companies, etc.
