The Gas Pressure Regulating Cabinet is a core pressure regulation device in the gas transmission and distribution network, widely used in residential communities, industrial furnaces, direct combustion equipment, and public utility gas pressure regulation. This equipment ensures the stability and safety of the gas supply system through its four main functional modules: filtration, pressure regulation, measurement, and safety control.
The equipment is mainly composed of components such as the main regulator, overpressure cut-off device, flowmeter, etc., and is divided into four types: skid-mounted urban gate station, regional pressure-reducing cabinet, direct combustion pressure-reducing box, and building pressure-reducing box. Modular design with integrated dual-path pressure regulation and automatic switching, high-precision filtration system, and remote monitoring capabilities. Equipped with a safety shut-off valve and exhaust device for abnormal pressure protection. The structure is made of corrosion-resistant steel plate with powder coating or stainless steel housing, tested for 24-hour airtightness, and supports operation in temperatures ranging from -40℃ to 60℃. Installation forms include overhead suspended, ground-mounted, underground, and more, compliant with national gas equipment specification standards.
