Safety light curtain, an infrared safety protection device, consists of a transmitter and a receiver mounted on opposite sides. Internally, a single-chip microcomputer and microprocessor control the digital program, allowing the infrared transmitting and receiving unit to form an infrared light curtain barrier in high-speed scanning mode. When people or objects enter the barrier area, the control system rapidly changes the output signal level, causing the load to activate and stopping the machine. Once people or objects exit the warning area, the load automatically closes normally, achieving the purpose of safety protection.
The application range is extremely wide, including robots, automated production lines, handling equipment, and more. The use of safety light curtains can effectively prevent staff from being accidentally injured by machinery.

Some entry points and unsafe areas: such as automatic production lines, robotic workstations, metal cutting machines, automatic assembly lines, and small car stamping processes—potential unsafe equipment. In the event of an accident, it can cause irrecoverable losses to the company and others. The installation and use of safety light grids can effectively prevent and avoid unsafe incidents.
