Steel telescopic guide rail guards are made of high-quality 2-3mm thick cold-pressed steel plates, and can also be made of stainless steel upon request. The special surface polishing adds extra value. We can provide the corresponding guide rail guard types for all machine tool types (horizontal, vertical, inclined, transverse).
Our protective cover structures vary based on operating speed and guide rail types. For speeds below 10m/min, we use polyamide or brass sliders. For medium speeds below 30m/min, we install roller bearings. Additionally, a buffer system is required between the driving plate, chip scraper, and chip absorption plate. The purpose of the slider buffer system is to reduce collisions, noise, and friction.
