The TLG steel-aluminum drag chain can support a large number of heavy cables and oil pipes. It features a long suspended length (allowing for no support wheels) and customizable support plates to meet customer needs. It is suitable for machine tools, mobile machinery, and more. The bending radius ranges from 50-600mm, and the chain plate height is 35-150mm, available for selection.

The TLG-A type steel drag chain has a travel length of up to 32 meters. Suitable for all transmission methods. It can be easily extended or shortened. Additionally, the bending radius can be altered by changing the pin shaft.

The support plate width of the chain conveyor ranges from 150mm to 600mm, with a spacing of 5mm between holes.

The height of the chain plate, or the support plate, is determined by the cable's large diameter. When the machine tool operates at full capacity, if the width of the drag chain exceeds 300mm or the length exceeds 4m, for stability reasons, it is advisable to consider choosing a larger size drag chain.

The bend radius should be selected based on the cable's large diameter and should be 10 times the cable diameter. The bend radius can be chosen from 50-600mm according to the provided table, with smaller travel selecting a correspondingly smaller radius.

The chain length = 1/2 stroke + 4 x bend radius; this applies only when the fixed connection is at the midpoint of the stroke.

The chain guide mounting can be selected based on the machine tool's location. The fixed angle iron can be placed on the outer or inner circumference, inside or outside the chain guide. Generally, the connecting part is inside the chain guide and extends outward to the circumference.
