Ultraviolet disinfectors are categorized into pipe-type and open-channel type UV disinfectors based on their structures.
A pipeline sterilizer refers to a UV sterilizer that connects to the water inlets and outlets via a water pipeline. As water flows into the sterilizer, the UV lamps emit UV light that penetrates and sterilizes the water, killing bacteria within it to achieve disinfection. Its advantages include a simple structure, easy installation, and is generally used for water treatment of smaller quantities.
A channel-type ultraviolet sterilizer refers to placing ultraviolet lamps into a water channel, where the UV light emitted by the lamps penetrates and sterilizes bacteria in the water, achieving disinfection. Its advantages include a simple structure, easy installation, and is generally used for water treatment with relatively large water volumes.
