If the holder's business registration information, production conditions, or product technical documents change during the validity period of the safety mark, an application for a change to the safety mark must be submitted to the national authority.
Application
If the certificant's product requires changes within the validity period of the safety mark, submit an application for change to ChinaNu Inspection. The scope of the change includes any alterations to the certificant's legal representative, place of residence, registered capital, technical staff, inspectors, production equipment, inspection equipment, and product technical documents.
Initial Review/Admission
China No Inspection first reviews the application materials and accepts those that meet the requirements.
Section 3: Change Assessment
(1) For registered businesses with certificate holders undergoing information changes, those that meet the requirements after review will be filed. For those requiring on-site assessment for further verification, a new safety sign certificate will be issued upon confirmation of the change meeting the relevant safety sign management regulations during the on-site assessment.
(2) For products with revised technical documents, national agencies shall organize the review and assessment of the revised content, and determine the audit procedures required for the revised product.
IV. Technical Review
For items requiring technical review, proceed according to the technical review procedures. The review content is原则上 restricted to the amended portions only.
V. On-site Evaluation
For on-site audits required, proceed according to the on-site audit procedures.
Section 6: Product Inspection
Inspections are to be conducted according to the specified inspection procedures, with the inspection items primarily involving only the changed aspects.
Section 7: Final Review, Issuance of Safety Mark Certificate
ZhongNuo Inspection submits the relevant reports to the national agencies. Upon receiving the reports, the agencies conduct a final review of the modified products. Qualified products undergo re-filing of technical documents or issuance of new safety mark certificates. When issuing new certificates, the certificate number and validity period remain unchanged.
