Introduction to Laboratory Ultra-Pure Water System Treatment Process:
1. When the concentration of insoluble salts and related components in the pretreatment reverse osmosis feedwater reaches the levels specified in the table, appropriate measures should be taken during pretreatment to prevent scaling of the reverse osmosis membranes. The pretreatment system is robust, self-protective, and offers high efficiency in removing various impurities.
2. The reverse osmosis system utilizes imported RO membranes. It serves as a sieve, with stable performance that only allows water to pass through under the system's set pressure, blocking solutes. Consequently, it can precisely filter out bacteria, viruses, salts, and various carcinogenic substances from the water. The desalination rate is ≥99%. The reverse osmosis system is equipped with an automatic cleaning function, effectively preventing scaling and clogging of the RO membrane, ensuring continuous and efficient operation.
3. The ultra-purification system utilizes nuclear-grade polishing mixed bed resin. The configuration of the ultra-purification treatment system ensures complete removal of ions from the water. The produced water from this system boasts a resistivity as high as 18.2 megohms/cm, which is more than sufficient to meet the basic requirements of various experimental applications.
4. Disinfection with special dual-wavelength UV lamps. The ultra-pure water undergoes 6 cycles of treatment within these UV lamps, completely eliminating any remaining bacteria and thoroughly degrading trace organic substances, thereby achieving water quality with: TOC ≤ 3 ppb
5. The ultra-micro filtration system employs ultra-micro filters, which enhances the water production capacity by 3-5 times compared to standard terminal filters. This significantly extends the service life and ensures superior quality of the output water.

1. A combination of fully automatic microcomputer control and manual control, featuring multi-level menu operation, a large backlit LCD display, and real-time dynamic display of the water production process throughout.
2. Online monitoring on SanShui Road, capable of displaying simultaneously the pure water RO conductivity value, ultra-pure water UP resistivity value, product water temperature, date, time, and equipment operational status indicator
4. External water storage tank with a safety pressure relief device, which increases the water flow rate instantaneously, meeting the high demand during peak times, and also ensures safe usage.
5. Menu-driven operation allows for modification and settings of multiple measurement parameters; features multiple operating status displays and indicator lights for timely reflection of the equipment's operating status.
6. Pure water, ultra-pure water quality alarm and prompt, as well as timed and quantified water collection functions.
7. Features RS-232C communication interface output.
8. The side-door design is user-friendly, facilitating the replacement of consumables and maintenance or repair of the pure water machine. The separation of the electrical and water circuits ensures the safety of both the instrument and personnel.
9. Utilizes a comprehensive purification system with *filtration, reverse osmosis, and adsorption processes.
10. Imported double-wavelength (185nm & 254nm) UV lamps, effective in sterilization, reducing TOC, and removing endotoxins efficiently.
