Ceramic Film Equipment Overview:

Ceramic membrane equipment is a separation unit with inorganic ceramic membrane elements as the core separation components. The ceramic membranes are made by sintering porous inorganic pressure-resistant materials (such as alumina, titanium oxide, zirconia, silicon carbide, and titania) at high temperatures. With the membrane pore size distribution, under the driving force of pressure, the raw material liquid flows cross-currently inside the membrane tubes. Small molecule substances pass through the membrane, while the liquid containing large molecule components is retained by the membrane, forming a concentrated liquid. This process achieves the purpose of separation, concentration, and purification of the fluid.

The ceramic membrane tubes possess numerous advantages, including a narrow pore size distribution, high separation efficiency, and stable processing effects; excellent chemical stability with a broad pH range, resistance to acids, bases, organic solvents, and oxidizers; high-temperature resistance, allowing for steam backflush regeneration and in-situ sterilization; strong anti-pollution capability, with no secondary leachables during separation, preventing membrane pore swelling and changes in retention performance; high mechanical strength, good membrane regeneration properties, and stable flux recovery after cleaning; a simple separation process with low energy consumption and easy operation and maintenance; and a long membrane service life.


Product Features:

1. Reliable Power Assurance. Equipped with brand-name stainless steel multi-stage centrifugal pumps, featuring low noise, corrosion resistance, strong self-priming capability, and stable pressure; equipped with variable frequency control to avoid water pressure surges, save energy, and reduce consumption. The pressure regulating valve allows for free adjustment of pressure and flow rate.

2. Outstanding structural design. Box-type main unit structure, desktop design, compact and aesthetically pleasing, with fine craftsmanship. The system feed and return lines use pressure-resistant braided hoses, and the dialysis lines use silicone hoses, making connections easy; the main unit system pipelines and accessories are of hygienic stainless steel, with high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and good sealing, making maintenance and upkeep convenient; the process pipelines adopt an internal circulation design, perfectly simulating industrial equipment, allowing for experimental data close to industrial-scale amplification.

Desktop-style equipment design, more ergonomically designed for human-machine interaction, easy and simple to operate; compact structure, with a small operating volume; jacketed circulating cylinder design achieves temperature control during operation through an external cooling source (such as tap water or a chilled water unit); equipped with flow, pressure, and temperature gauges for easy monitoring of system parameter changes.
