Ultrafiltration/Nanofiltration membrane separation equipment for small to medium-sized laboratories, high purity water training device, Quankun Customized
Nanofiltration membranes are a type of functional semi-permeable membrane that allows solvent molecules or certain low-molecular-weight solutes or low-valence ions to pass through. They are a special and promising variety of separation membranes, named for their ability to retain substances of approximately nanometer size. They can retain organic molecules with a molecular weight of about 150-500, and have a retention capacity for soluble salts ranging from 2-98%. They desalinate monovalent anion salt solutions more effectively than divalent anion salt solutions. They are used to remove organic matter and turbidity from surface water, to soften groundwater, partially remove soluble salts, concentrate fruit juices, and purify useful substances. Nanofiltration membranes are mostly composite membranes, with a surface separation layer composed of polyelectrolytes, thus offering some retention rate for inorganic salts.

Product Features:
The pressure-driven component utilizes imported plunger diaphragm pumps, featuring high pressure, high efficiency, corrosion resistance, strong self-priming capability, and comes with variable frequency control for adjustable pressure and flow.
The overall structure is compact, with simple operation and a small footprint. The main unit is made of stainless steel, and it is equipped with a 12-liter stainless steel material tank and a jacketed heat exchange unit.
The system feed and return lines use pressure-resistant braided hoses, while the dialysis lines are made of silicone hoses, offering convenient connections; the main unit employs 316 stainless steel piping and accessories, which are known for their high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent sealing properties.
The system is equipped with multiple safety protections for your peace of mind during operation: variable frequency speed control regulates flow, reducing energy consumption while preventing the impact of startup water hammer on membrane components; a safety relief valve automatically releases pressure when overpressure occurs; an energy storage damper avoids pressure fluctuations, ensuring smoother fluid flow.
This system is applicable to the 1812 model rolled membrane components, including rolled microfiltration membranes, rolled ultrafiltration membranes, rolled nanofiltration membranes, reverse osmosis membranes, seawater/brackish water desalination membranes, and more.
