Institute of Science and Research Research Department Membrane Separation - 1812 Miniature Nanofiltration Equipment - Filtration Precision UF/NF/RO Rolled Membrane
Product Description:
Film concentration equipment effectively separates active components from liquid molecules through directional separation to achieve the goal of concentration and separation. It is an innovative and high-efficiency purification and concentration equipment that differs from traditional processes. Compared to traditional heating concentration, it features low energy consumption, can be performed at room temperature, and has minimal impact on the product.

Process Flow:
Membrane concentration equipment is typically categorized by different membrane elements, such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis experimental equipment, crossflow experimental equipment, tangential flow filtration experimental equipment, and multi-stage membrane experimental equipment. The processes all rely on the lifting force of the pump after the raw liquid tank, in conjunction with the pore size of the membrane elements, to achieve separation, purification, and concentration.

Nanofiltration (NF) membranes are a type of new separation membrane that falls between Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes. Due to their structural characteristics such as nanometer-sized pore sizes and charged membranes, they are primarily used in the following aspects:
Separation of organic substances with different molecular weights
(2) Separation of organic matter and small molecular inorganic substances.
(3) Separation of monovalent salts from divalent or multivalent salts in the solution;
(4) Separation of salt and its corresponding acids. This achieves the softening of drinking water and industrial water, as well as the decolorization, concentration, separation, and recovery of materials.

Membrane separation equipment features the following characteristics:
A. High processing efficiency, equipment is easily scalable.
B. The separation process is conducted at room temperature or low temperature, suitable for concentrating and separating thermosensitive materials.
C. Simple process, no phase change, and large separation coefficient.
D. The equipment occupies minimal floor space, is easy to operate and control, and can run continuously.
E. Energy-saving, high efficiency, and zero secondary pollution.
