The generation of laboratory wastewater primarily originates from university chemistry labs and research experiments. The uncertainty, variability, and complexity of the wastewater volumes are inherent characteristics. Laboratory wastewater is categorized into high and low concentration types, with high concentration wastewater posing severe environmental pollution and thus deserves adequate attention. Low concentration wastewater mainly consists of rinse water from chemical laboratory utensils, typical acid, base, and salt reaction products, low-toxicity chemical waste solutions, and experimental water.

Application Scope:
Our Laboratory Wastewater Treatment Unit is a newly developed equipment based on our extensive experience in treating organic wastewater over the years. Designed for compact laboratory spaces with low wastewater flow, this unit combines neutralization, multi-stage filtration, and sterilization processes. It boasts features such as a small footprint, low noise, no secondary pollution, no release of刺激性 gases, and easy installation and maintenance. It is widely used in research institutions, college and university chemistry laboratories, petrochemical enterprises, and major quarantine and inspection departments.

Lab wastewater treatment equipment operation method:
(1) Turn off the power switch; the green power indicator light will illuminate.
(2) Press the submersible pump button, the corresponding indicator light illuminates, and the pump begins to operate.
(3) After the "Pump Operation Indicator Light" illuminates, press the Ozone and Fan buttons. The corresponding indicator lights up, and the ozone and fan start working to deliver ozone.
(4) To shut down the equipment, press either the pump button or the ozone button.
(5) Turn off the power switch to complete the operation process.
Note: The water storage tank must reach a certain water level before the equipment can be activated.

Based on the characteristics of the wastewater, the following process is proposed to be adopted:
1) Automatically select a multi-catalytic module based on the day's wastewater pH value.
2) Utilize multi-catalytic degradation for organic matter and toxic/hazardous components.
3) Minimize sludge generation or production as much as possible.
4) Choose different catalytic modules based on the COD concentration of the wastewater on the day to ensure compliance with emission standards.
